Overall Rating: Important as a deployable non-tuner.
There is also "The Fabled Cerburrel" that comes out under the same conditions, and that one is a tuner and has a slightly higher level of 2.
However, this has the advantage of issuing 《Formula Synchron》or leading to 《Relinquished Anima》, making it easy to differentiate.
Synchro summoning 《The Fabled Unicore》in combination with 《Fabled Kushano》is also very useful.

Although the evaluation was low because it was not a tuner, in modern times, the link material has been used as a 1-star that comes out of loose conditions.
In Ankoku Fabled, it's useful as a head count resource when searching for this guy from Grimro and using the first trick, or when discarding from Fabled Raven and synchronizing. It was a must if you wanted to play 《Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier》in Dark World.

It's a simple effect, and there are other cards in his Fabled that have similar effects.
However, each of them has its strengths and weaknesses, and its selling point is that it is level 1, which makes it easy to adjust the level as an S material.
It feels unattractive, but I think there is enough room for adoption depending on the construction.
